Philadelphia · Apartment & Condo Cleaning
Built for apartments, condos, and rowhomes — not oversized quotes made for big houses. You pay for the space you actually have.

What We Cover
We tailor every visit to your unit and what matters most to you.
Counters, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts, and the appliances that get the most use.
Tub, shower, toilet, tile, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected.
Dusting, floors, and surfaces so every room feels fresh.
Efficient cleaning designed for studios, one-bedrooms, and compact layouts.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows on request.
Pricing
Apartment cleaning is priced by the unit, not by the hour. That matters more than it sounds: an hourly crew has no reason to work quickly, and you find out what it cost only after they leave. We quote the unit, so the number is agreed before anyone shows up and it does not move because the job took longer than expected.
Three things set it: how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, whether it is a one-time clean or a recurring plan, and whether the unit needs a deep clean first to catch up. Two of those three are in your control — recurring visits always cost less per visit, and the catch-up deep clean is a one-time cost, not a permanent one. Text us your unit size and bathroom count and you get an itemized quote back the same day, with no walkthrough and no obligation.
One kitchen and one bathroom carry most of the time, so the gap between a studio and a one-bedroom is smaller than the square footage suggests. Recurring visits are where these units get cheapest per clean.
The second bathroom, when there is one, moves the number more than the second bedroom does. Shared apartments also collect more in the kitchen, which is worth telling us when you book.
At this size the unit behaves like a small house: more floors, more surfaces, and usually a first deep clean to catch up before a recurring plan makes sense.
Built for Philly
Cleaning an apartment in Philadelphia is not the same job as cleaning a suburban house, and the difference is mostly logistics. Third-floor walk-ups in Fishtown, converted rowhomes in South Philly, elevator buildings in Center City with a loading dock window and a certificate of insurance on file — each one changes how we schedule and how we get in.
We handle building access the boring way: tell us the rule when you book, whether it is a front desk, a lockbox, a fob or a neighbour with a spare key, and it goes on the work order so nobody is standing outside your building calling you at work.
Renting the unit out short-term? Turnovers run on a different clock — same-day, between a checkout and a check-in, with linens changed and the place staged to match the listing photos. That is a separate service: see our Airbnb cleaning in Philadelphia.
Small Spaces
In an apartment the kitchen and bathroom carry almost all the work, storage is tight so surfaces stay cluttered, and there is usually no garage or basement to move things into while we clean. Our crews work small-space first: clear and wipe in one pass, handle the kitchen and bath in detail, and leave the floor plan the way you actually use it rather than staged for a photo.
